How do I reserve a lot?
- Any available lot can be reserved through a Gentry agent. It is a $500 (100% refundable) lot reservation fee, which holds the lot from being taken while product pricing and other questions are processed.
What down payment is required to begin construction?
- 10% of the purchase price is required to commence construction, with the remainder due at closing.
Do I have to provide financing during construction?
- After the down payment, Gentry typically carries the construction loan until closing where the remaining 90% becomes due.
How long does it take to build?
- Typically it takes an estimated 4-6 months to build a Gentry home, contingent upon weather.
What if I have a home to sell before building??
