Ben Beard is the owner of The Gentry Group and co-founded it in 1987. Ben is a lawyer and a CPA.

He is very active in the Monroe County Builders Association. He has been their Secretary/Treasurer for three 2 year terms and a board member for many years as well.

Pat Figg

Pat Figg has been a part of The Gentry Group since 1988. She helps new home buyers with the purchasing process by guiding clients through the financing and selection of a floor plan and lot that fits the needs of each individual or family. Pat has extensive knowledge and experience with new construction, as well as helping clients buy and sell homes all over Monroe County.

Anna Killion

Anna Killion, our REALTOR, Sales Agent was born & raised in Bloomington, Indiana. She graduated from Bloomington High School North & attended Ball State University. She has been around the real estate business all her life, as her grandfather built many homes and apartment complexes in Bloomington & Southern Indiana, her uncle Ron Killion took over construction & development at the Pointe, her other uncle Ben was a developer/owner at the Pointe, Gentry Quarters, Gentry Estates, Gentry Honours & Gentry East, her father Dan Killion who is a builder for Gentry Construction & K&B Construction and also owns Sherlock Homes Inspection Service. She has attended and passed with high scores the Appraisal course that is required to take the state test to get your Appraisers license. She now owns her own construction company, Keystone Construction, LLC. & works as the marketing specialist/director of Gentry Group. She is also involved with many charitable groups and committees affiliated with the Bloomington Board of Realtors and the Monroe County Building Association. In addition, Anna hosts high school interns interested in real estate.
